We invite you to bring all of you: your heart, mind, body, soul, and sweat. Through all our offerings we encourage a spirit of acceptance, love, and support for our selves and one another. Together we get strong, physically and mentally, so that we may live with purpose and enjoy the process! It's our goal to practice on the mat so that we can take it with us into the world and offer it all back to our communities.  

Class Descriptions

We offer a variety of hot classes and non-heated workshops, events, and trainings for EVERY  BODY. 


Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a powerful, fast-paced set sequence that includes 4 set mini-flows spiced up with cardio bursts and core work between each section. Expect continuous movement, pumping jams, and high energy vibes while strengthening and familiarizing yourself with common yoga poses. Room temp is 95 degrees. 


Power Sculpt

A powerful mixture of yoga, strength drills, body weight resistance, and cardio. Props such as hands weights, resistance bands, sliders, and blocks are used to enhance the burn and increase the sweat. Expect a serious full-body workout to a killer playlist! Room temp is 85-90 degrees.


Power Barre

Power Barre is a challenging, energetic whole-body workout designed to an upbeat playlist. Expect a fusion of isometric movements, strength moves, cardio intervals, Pilates, core, and ballet inspired toning. Room temp is 85-90 degrees. 


Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a grounding and energizing practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose. Classes incorporate breathing practices, yoga postures, and deep mindful connection of breath with movement. Room temp is 95 degrees. 


Vin Yin

VinYin is a combination of Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. Class begins with a strengthening and energizing flow linking breath with movement, and unwinds into slow, deep holds, designed to tone the connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments. This class will get you moving and sweating upfront and will cool you down with Yin postures. It's a grounding combination of the yang and yin qualities of Yoga. Room temp is 85-90 degrees.


Hatha Strength

Hatha Strength is all about enjoying the playful building of strength in an ever-evolving personal practice. It is based in the yogic teachings of Sivananda, Power, Baptiste, Budokon and thousands of hours of movement training across a vast landscape. Classes include good music, yoga, yogic movements, strength progressions, drills, flows and a casual yet hard working workshop environment.

Room temp is 85 degrees. 


Soul Flow Yoga

Soul Flow is a 75-minute yoga class with a focus on deepening our understanding of yoga. The class introduces yogic philosophies such as the eight limbs of yoga while integrating pranayama and meditation in with breath-to-movement asanas. Great for all levels. Room temp is 85-90 degrees.



An upbeat, mood-boosting class, music-driven flows, and modifications to suit all body types and levels of experience. HIIT + Vinyasa + intuitive dance + cardio bursts + creative muscle burnout = SO MUCH FUN! Create more balance in the body to fuel a love affair with the most important person in your life … yourself! Room temp is 85 degrees.


Friday Fix

Friday Fix is a rotating class guaranteed to get your weekend started right! You can expect any class type on Fridays, ranging from a themed vinyasa flow class to barre to sculpt to buti and beyond. Room temp is 85-90 degrees.  



Enjoy the ultimate wind down! Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Room temp is 85 degrees.
