What do you teach and what to expect?
Vinyasa Flow, Vin Yin and Yin- you can expect to be welcomed into a fun and safe environment which creates space to move with intention, while encouraging you to meet yourself where you are.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I am blessed to say I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. My grandparents traveled all over the world following the tunnel construction business, and those travels brought them to the Lincoln and Flathead counties. My parents both graduated from high school in Eureka and moved to the Flathead following their careers. My brother, sister and I all graduated from Columbia Falls High School, which is where I met my husband. We have lived in Hungry Horse the past 28 years and have been blessed to raise our son in the Flathead Valley close to family and friends.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
In the spring and summers you will find me outside with my family and friends gardening, camping, hiking, fishing, and on the water, in the fall you will find me in the woods, and in the winter you’ll find me snowshoeing and cross country skiing, as well as looking for warmer adventures outside of the Flathead.
