Madeline's playlists are very purposefully gathered and sorted. Usually she starts with one song that she is super inspired by that week and builds off of it. She follows the "vibe" of the song like a trail, leading her to the rest of the playlist. The vibe for her is how the songs land in her body - is it groovy, is it settling, is it lifting, is it heavy, is it light, does it dance around her, does it land on her, etc.

 

You can expect: mellow feel [nothing too distracting], acoustic / remixed classics, cohesive but purposeful [each song is chosen individually], at least one song that makes you smile to yourself and mouth along to the lyrics.

 

Artists that would be on her spotify "radio": frank ocean, hozier, tyler childers, cautious clay, john legend, HER, leon bridges, ariana grande, penny and sparrow, khalid, josh garrels, big wild, haim, mac miller, steeldrivers, etc.
