Addison Croston
Vinyasa
BIO
Addison has always been drawn to movement with meaning. After earning her degree in finance and spending her early years in the world of banking and bookkeeping, she realized her true passion lived outside the office... in the yoga studio, where movement met mindfulness. What started as a side passion quickly became a calling. Addison now teaches Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa, and Restore, blending strength, breath, and soul into every class. Her flows are thoughtfully curated and music-driven, helping students build heat while staying grounded and present. Whether you’re flowing, pulsing, or simply resting, Addison creates a space where all levels feel supported and challenged. Originally from Montana, Addison recently moved back from the Midwest to reconnect with her roots, slow down, and live in alignment with nature and purpose. You’ll likely spot her hiking the trails, sipping coffee on her paddleboard, or picking up an entirely new hobby. Her teaching is deeply influenced by her love of nature, spirituality, and self-reflection. A fun fact? She solo-traveled to New Zealand and spent two weeks road-tripping around the South Island, making friends from all over the world. In six words: spiritual seeker, strong mover, always evolving.
