FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • LOVE has two locations

    • WHITEFISH : 309 Central Ave, #203

    • KALISPELL : 201 3rd Ave W

  • It’s a great idea to pre-register for your class using the MindBody app. Click here to access our Class Schedule on MindBody. However, you can also sign into class when you arrive! We do lock the doors when class starts, so please don't be late.

  • Go to the Mindbody app. Click “Profile” at the bottom right corner of the app. Then, it will take you to a page where it shows three tabs at the top. CLick the “Schedule” tab and then it will show all the classes you’re enrolled for. Next to each class, there is an option to “Cancel.” Click the Cancel button, and you’re all set! Note that if it is within the two hour window for class to start, you will lose that class from a class pack, and if you’re an unlimited member, you will be charged $10.

  • That's no problem - things happen! You will not be refunded the cost of the workshop unless cancelled 48 hours in advance.

  • Simply go to our schedule, find the class you'd like to attend, and then come to class 10-15 minutes early. Whoever is teaching will get you all set up with your free class. No need to book prior. The process is the same for if you bring a friend on a membership pass.

    • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to class.

    • Enter the studio practice space quietly.

    • Make sure you are clean and have as little scent as possible (no strong perfumes, and take a shower, wash your stinky parts, be sure to clean your mat well after each practice). We share a studio space with about 30 people on average, so know that our classes get packed and we need to support each other by being quiet and clean in the studio practice space.

    • NO phones in practice space! Leave in lobby.

    • Stay for savasana, unless you tell your teacher prior to the class start and you have a valid reason for leaving.

  • Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to class. Please DO NOT come into class after it has started.

  • Yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle. We also rent mats, mat towels, and have drinking cups.

  • At our Whitefish Studio yes. At our Kalispell studio we rent mats, no towels.

  • Not yet, at either location. But we’re building them in Whitefish! We anticipate this build to be finished by the end of June 2024, but stay tuned.

Unfortunately, there are no showers in Kalispell.

  • Students must be 16+ years old for our classes heated at 95 degrees and above.

Students under age 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent. Students 12 and under must have a parent in attendance with them.

  • As with anything new, please be compassionate and patient with yourself. Remember it isn’t possible to get everything right away; even the most experienced student is still in the process of learning. Come with an open mind, expect to have fun, breathe, sweat and move. Don’t worry about doing it “right”- just show up!

  • We don't do yoga because we're flexible. We do it to help us gently move toward flexibility. BUT...You do need to be mentally flexible and open to new possibilities to participate in hot yoga. Just show up and focus on breathing, moving, and honoring where you are today. Every body is different. Come to learn about and develop yours.

  • We recommend that you check with your physician and/or physical therapist and follow their recommendations. We encourage modification and/or omission of any movements that don’t feel right to your body for any reason. Let your teacher know if you are having trouble during a class or are looking for ways to continue practicing yoga while injured.

  • It is best to practice on a mostly empty stomach. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class. Foods appropriate for pre-class snacking include fruit, nuts, or a light energizing snack.

  • Drinking water will not replace lost electrolytes.Consider coconut water or electrolyte tablets in your water. We sell both in studio.

  • Wear Comfortable Workout Clothes. Something you’ll feel free to stretch + sweat in. Don’t Worry About Shoes. We practice in bare feet.

  • No. Check out our Class Descriptions page for studio temperature information.

  • Our hot classes are between 95-100 degrees. Our less-heated classes, such as sculpt and barre, are 90 degrees. We use light humidity to increase your sweat, which has so many cleansing benefits.

  • We encourage you to bring your own mat and props, but we do offer mat and towel rentals for $3. We also have our favorite brands of these items available for purchase in studio.
