Our mission has always been to bring you a diverse range of yoga and modern movement offerings for body, mind, and soul. We are big advocates for providing our active mountain community with classes to nourish our souls and unwind, but also to strengthen our bodies so that we can live our best active lives as possible!
Our main offerings are Vinyasa, Sculpt, Barre, and Yin, but you’ll notice that we sprinkle in tons of offerings to complement and balance these class types. No matter what classes you decide to take, you’ll always find the best teachers who offer up what they are most passionate about, which is serving this community authentically.

Vinyasa Flow is an all-levels yoga flow class, designed to create more strength, flexibility, and balance in your body, mind, and soul. You will be challenged to grow and transform in the present moment by focusing on breathwork, yoga postures, and hints of yogic philosophy in this moving meditation. Playlists are generally on the yoga-chill side, to leave you feeling centered and invigorated.

FLOW and LET GO. VinYin blends Vinyasa and Yin yoga. The first half energizes and strengthens, linking breath with movement. The second half shifts to Yin, with slow, meditative poses inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, offering deep holds for breath awareness and relaxation.

STRETCH, SETTLE, and CALM. Enjoy the ultimate wind down. Yin Yoga is slow paced, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Taken in stillness, poses safely stretch fascial tissues in order to develop ease in your body and a fuller range of motion in your joints. Expect sweet, long holds with ample time for meditation and breath awareness.

Unwind and recharge in this soothing practice combining restful restorative yoga with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often referred to as 'yogic sleep.' Known for its rejuvenating effects, 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is said to be as restorative as 4 hours of deep sleep, helping you release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

YOGA NIDRA
Breathe + Flow + Restore blends breathwork, grounding vinyasa, and restorative yoga into a balanced, calming practice. Each class includes intentional movement, breath-focused meditation, and long-held supported postures to relax the nervous system. Ideal for all levels, this non-heated class emphasizes breath at the beginning and end, with a peaceful savasana to close.

Power flow is a challenging and dynamic blend of vinyasa-style moves, cardio, and strength + flexibility training. Set to an upbeat playlist, Power Flow is designed to keep your heart rate elevated and push the boundaries of your physical practice. More physically challenging than Vinyasa, yet less fitnessy than Sculpt. You may also see some advanced posture variations offered.

IT’S FRIYAY! Friday fix is a rotating class guaranteed to get your weekend started right! You can expect any class type on Fridays, ranging from a themed vinyasa flow class to barre to sculpt and beyond.

The Buddha said, "my practice is the practice of non-practice". Rest is essential for human health. Even in sleep, we can be restless. The practice of rest takes practice. Restorative yoga is not about stretching; it’s about resting. During this practice, we will utilize blankets, bolsters, blocks and optional eye masks to position our bodies in ways that facilitate rest and relaxation. Dress comfortably to be most cozy (even socks if you’d like!). This class is the perfect Apres-ski! Apres-bike! Apres-work!

RESTORATIVE YOGA
The 26 and 2 yoga sequence consists of 26 postures carefully selected to work the entire body, each designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance specific muscles, organs, and systems. Two breathing exercises help calm the mind and improve respiratory function. Practicing in a 100-degree heated room enhances flexibility, circulation, and detoxification through sweat. This class is music-free to honor tradition and provide a quiet, meditative experience.

BARRE
YOGA, SWEAT, and STRENGTH. A powerful mashup of yoga, strength drills, body weight resistance, and cardio bursts. Props such as hands weights, resistance bands, sliders, and blocks are used to enhance the burn and increase the sweat. Expect a serious full-body workout to a killer playlist!

We HIIT HARD then FLOW. Full-body Circuit Training for the first 30 minutes. Expect timed circuits that build on each other to increase strength and cardiovascular health. Then get your yoga FLOW on and stretch for 30 minutes. Come ready for HIGH INTENSITY out the gate and then wind down with a juicy yoga flow.

Created for kids ages 5-10. The main ingredient in this class is playfulness! Expect all the elements of yoga but in a kid-friendly way that gets students singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling all while practicing Yoga. Art projects, mindfulness, and community connection will all be included.

BIRTHFIT provides safe, effective strength and conditioning for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. This class prepares your body, mind, and soul for parenthood with movement, strength, breathwork, and supportive discussions. Postpartum moms can join with non-mobile babies after 4-6 weeks.

Start your Sunday with meditation, Kundalini yoga, and a soothing sound bath. Each class begins with a guided meditation, and then flows into gentle Kundalini-inspired movement and breathwork to awaken your energy and prepare the body for stillness. Each class ends with a long soundbath and savasana. This class aims to guide you toward tapping into a sense of wholeness and inner peace. This class offers a welcoming space to try out Kundalini, breathwork, and meditation, and to enhance your inner connection. Suitable for all levels.

Unwind from the weekend and prep for the week ahead. This calming class combines a gentle flow with grounding yin poses, integrating breathwork and meditation to ease the Sunday Scaries.

STRONG and CENTERED. This class utilizes heavier weights in an interval format with strategic repetition to target certain muscle groups. Expect an upbeat warmup to get your heart pumping, and then we’ll use a mixture of kettlebells, heavier dumbbells, steps, and other props in an interval timer format. All levels are welcome.

This time interval conditioning class incorporates powerful movements expressed with an upbeat playlist to get you pumped. Using props & weights, we’ll work every major muscle group in the body. Expect a mixture of weightlifting, cardio, and core. All levels are welcome.
