1. What do I teach and what to expect in my classes:

Little Yogis and you will find warmth, connection, and play-based yoga principles at (little) eye level!

 

2. How I wound up in the Flathead Valley:

​

we intended to have our wedding reception at Glacier Park Lodge but COVID took over that idea and we did an outdoorsy roadtrip instead and never looked back.

3. Where would you see me in my free time?

​

In a lake, on a XC trail, or swinging in our hammock with my girls and tea.
