1. What do I teach and what to expect:

I teach barre with an appreciation for good music, proper form, and feeling strong in your body. Expect a low-impact, high-burn kind of class with plenty of modifications, encouragement and hands on corrections. My goal is for you to walk out feeling better than when you walked in - physically and mentally.

2. How I wound up here:

Barre has been a grounding force in my life since 2014 - through career changes, life changes and personal loss. I started teaching in North Carolina, took a break, and now I am here in Whitefish after a hurricane uprooted my life and pushed me west. I’m so grateful to be back in the studio sharing movement again.

3. Where would you see me in my free time?

Probably on a patio with my dogs and a coffee, cooking for friends, or wandering around a trail or lake. In the summer, I love being out on the water, especially kite surfing when the wind cooperates, and in the winter, you’ll find me skiing and soaking up the quiet.

4. Fun fact about me:

I’m a pretty big nerd at heart—I love reading, researching, and getting lost in poetry or writing when something moves me. Deep dives and quiet mornings are kind of my thing.

5. Six-word bio:
Sensitive, salty, sarcastic. Preferably near water.
