What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach Body HIIT & “Budokon-Flavored” Vinyasa classes. Both are unique & challenging in their own way. Body HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a go-at-your-own-pace, high-vibe cardio & strength conditioning class. Whereas the Budokon-Flavored Vinyasa classes are much slower, but equally strong, transition-based classes that embody elements of martial arts giving a tai-chi-like feel & challenge.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
A Budokon Yoga & Mobility teacher training in Summer of 2020 that stole my heart & influenced me to quit my job and move back!
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
You would likely see me downstairs at Wild sipping on a latte or shredding the gnar on the mountain. Otherwise, I spend most of my time working to create movement classes for Budokon Online and assist in hosting Budokon retreats & teacher trainings in the summertime.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I was once a professional baker & after that a Quality Assurance manager for one of the larger beer breweries in the country. Now I’m fully invested in teaching & coaching intentional movement and ways of being to improve all qualities of life.
