1. What do I teach and what to expect:
I teach a fusion of HIIT-style workouts, Pilates, and yoga. You can expect a little bit of everything in my classes—strength, sculpt, sweat, and stretch—all designed to leave you feeling both energized and grounded.
2. How I wound up here:
Movement has been a constant in my life, and after becoming certified in 2019, I began teaching everything from spin to weight training to yoga. Over the years, I’ve discovered how blending different modalities creates a powerful balance of strength and restoration, which is what I love to share in the studio.
3. Where would you see me in my free time?
Exploring trails with my kids, hanging out with my husband, roller blading, watching my kids Ski, taking a Lagree class, or unwinding with a good book and some quiet journaling.
4. Fun fact about me:
I once lived on a remote island in Alaska for 4 years with my family, it was the best time of my life!
