What do you teach and what to expect?

Vinyasa and Yin with an emphasis on creating safe, nurturing spaces in my classes. My goal is to foster connection and self inquiry on the mat, exploring the universal stories and lessons of the human experience. You can expect soulful playlists, an invitation to go inward, and pacing that allows time for the physical practice to integrate deeper.
 
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?

I was born and raised in Whitefish. I ended up here at Lovebecause the universe told me there was something for me here, and damn, she was right.
 
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?

Probably right here on my mat practicing withyou. Otherwise, it depends on the season...camping, rafting, hiking, skiing, reading by the fire;and always driving my kids to dance or running to Costco.
 
Surprising fun fact about you?

I love a good karaoke sesh.
