What do you teach and what to expect?
I teach Hot 26&2, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative Yoga.
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
I have lived in Montana for over 5 years now, I moved up here from Alabama to live with my dad and experience the valley. Of course I fell in love and everyday I find so much peace being surrounded by these mountains.
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
In my free time you can find me skiing, hiking, and swimming in the lakes. I love to be outdoors exploring and playing in nature.
Surprising fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I love to sing and hope to be on stage someday.
