What do you teach and what to expect?

I teach vinyasa and yin yoga. My classes are centered around free movement, encouraging stepping out of mind and into body. My hope is that through flow, we can delve further into being, cultivating a resonate connection to self, others, and the elements.

How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?

I landed in Whitefish following my time studying at MSU Bozeman. I was immediately captivated by the spirit of this community and its glorious surroundings - the mountain, the park, the water - and all they have to offer around connecting with nature through outdoor recreation. My passion for yoga brought me to LOVE, where I’ve been fortunate to foster my practice through inclusive community and nourishment of continued learning.

Where would we see you outside of LOVE?

In my free time you can find me sliding, spinning, floating, and singing my way through the hills.

Surprising fun fact about you?

A fun fact is that my most established daily ritual is a morning sudoku over coffee, there’s rarely a day that I go without it.

6 word bio - that's right 6 words to describe yourself?

In six words - Free spirit dancing to nature’s hum.
