December LOVE Letter

"Allow yourself and everyone else a fresh start. Drop your conclusions and make a fresh attempt in whatever you do in your life, including the spiritual process.”

Sadhguru

It’s mid-December and I’m just now making my way into your inbox this month. I’ve been traveling with my family for the past two weeks, and put work aside for a while. It felt good, but I’m eager to get back to it, and start 2025 with both feet firmly on the ground, chin up, smile on my face, and clarity in my heart.

How are you doing?

How are you feeling as the year wraps? I don’t know about you, but I’ve had some big growing pains this year. I’ve learned that growth and big changes don’t ever really come without pain. It’s the nature of things. Even if it’s all for the better, when we grow and change, some things naturally fall into friction, frustration, and conflict. Life is this way- the longer we're alive, the more we experience, the more change we have to navigate, and thus the more opportunities we get to learn about ourselves and evolve. In fact, I am turning 40 at the end of the month! It feels like a big shift AND a big GIFT- an opportunity to begin again and reinvent myself in this next chapter.

I love the start of a new year. This time is so ripe for us to tap into optimism and fresh perspectives. Whether you’re setting big resolutions, smaller goals, or perhaps picking a single word or phrase for the year, this is such a good time for it.

Whatever you do for intentions and resolutions, I hope that above all you can give yourself and others the gift of a completely fresh start. Forgive, release resentments, tap into a beginner’s mindset. Life is too short to hold on to the past and negativities. This is what I’m up to!

Love,

Holly
