What do you teach and what to expect?
I have been a barre instructor for 6 years and it is truly one of my biggest passions. My goal is that you walk out of my class stronger, mentally and physically, than when you walked in. If you want an encouraging, fun and intentional class to bangin beats, I’m your girl!
How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?
After having our daughter, my husband and I packed our things from San Diego, moved to Valley and have not looked back. I spent every summer here growing up, so naturally, it became my happy place and I can confidently say it still is!
Where would we see you outside of LOVE?
When I’m not at LOVE or being a stay at home mama, you can find me hiking with my family, at a coffee shop or at Jalisco for happy hour.
Surprising fun fact about you?
I grew up riding horses and had almost every pet under the sun. We currently have two dogs and two cats and I’m in the process of convincing my husband we need a horse one day.
